This fine binding edition includes an intro by Hugh Kenner and illustrations by Brian Keogh. First published in serialized form by the magazine Egoist, in London 1914, the full book work was published in 1916. The edition first featuring Brian Keogh illustrations was published in 1968. the frontispiece in this edition was specially commissioned and like other special contents of this edition, is copyright 1977 Easton Press.
