This is a very good small flex cover book bound in imitation leather. 1997 Knopf Publishing. Most Audubon Field Guides were bound in flexible covers of imitation leather making them easy to carry, clean and aesthetically pleasing. This edition is bound in blue faux leather and is very good inside and out. The inside pages are actually still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. The blue faux-leather cover is very good with only hints of shelf wear. 12mo book size or 4" x 7" with 714 pages including index.
The National Audubon Society Field Guide to the Night Sky is a comprehensive reference book written by Mark R. Chartrand. It features over 700 color photographs, 48 monthly sky charts, and 88 constellation maps
