This is a very good larger coffee table style hardcover with dust jacket. 1987 Dorset Press. This copy also includes a near fine 1992 accompanying glossy cover paperback by Simone Bertrand which was originally a separate publication, see photo. This hardcover book is very good inside and out. The inside pages are actually still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. White hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only hints of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is good and clean, still holding some shine, but does have shelf wear. Larger coffee table style book, quarto book size or 9" x 12" with 166 pages including appendix.
