This is a very good hardcover, NO dust jacket, jacket missing. 1944 Harcourt Brace Publishing. This copy is very good inside and out. There is some light tanning inside front and back cover (see photo) but rest of inside pages are very clean with barely a hint of natural tanning. The binding is tight and straight. Red hardcover boards feature illustration front and are also very good with only very light shelf wear. Crown octavo book size or 5.5" x 8.5" with 299 pages.
