This is a very good hardcover with a good but showing wear dust jacket. First Printing 1957 Simon & Schuster Publishing. Stated First Printing with original price of $3.50 bottom corner dust jacket flap BUT also gift inscription dated 1957 top corner inside flap of dust jacket, see photo. This copy is very good inside and out. The inside pages are very good and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Blue hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is good as present but does have wearing along corners/edges including small tears bottom edge. Imperial octavo book size or 8" x 11" with illustrated endpapers front and back.
