This is a near fine (almost like new) hardcover with dust jacket. 2004 Harper Collins Publishing. The copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. NOTE: there is a remainder mark (publishers overstock) on outer bottom page edges, see photo. Does not carry over to inside pages. Inside pages are crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Tan hardcover boards have brown quarter trim with gold lettering along spine and are also near fine with barely a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is near fine with only a hint of shelf wear. Smaller hardcover, crown octavo book size or 5" x 8" with 256 pages including index to phrases.
