This is a very good 7 volume set of hardcovers. 1963 Grolier Publishing. All seven volumes in this set are exceptionally crisp and clean. The inside pages on all are very good, actually still crisp and clean. The bindings are tight and straight. Each volume is beautifully bound with embossed illustrations front cover. The binding feature embossed covers with leather-like black background. Each hardcover in the set is very good and still clean with only hints of shelf wear. All are bound in fine sewn (not glued) bindings and each binding is tight and straight. Standard medium octavo book size each, or 6.5" x 9.5".
Lands and Peoples is a vintage, 7-volume encyclopedia set published by the Grolier Society in 1963. The volumes are a visual and textual guide to world geography, history, and anthropology, Fine binding appointments include embossed covers, gold lettering, and numerous color and black-and-white photographs of countries and their people.
