This is a very good hardcover, no dust jacket, jacket missing. 1944 Holiday House Publishing. This copy is still very good inside and out. The inside pages only have light natural tanning from age and are very clean. The binding is tight and straight. Brown hardcover boards are very good with only light shelf wear. Larger coffee table style book, quarto book size or 9" x 11" with 262 pages including index.
