This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1999 Bantam Books. This copy is still very good inside and out. The inside pages are still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Tan hardcover boards under jacket are very good with only very light shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is very good with only a hint of shelf wear. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 733 pages including index.
