This is a very good hardcover, NO dust jacket, jacket missing. 1970 McGraw Hill Publishing. This copy is very good inside and out. NOTE: there is dust spotting along outer page edges, see photo, but does not carry over to inside pages. The inside pages are actually still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Green hardcover boards (sorry photo appears blueish but they are green) are also very good with only light shelf wear. Royal octavo book size or 8" x 10" with 612 pages including index.
