This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1978 St Martin's Press. This copy is still very good inside and out. The inside pages are very clean and very good. The binding is tight and straight. Green hardcover boards under jacket are also very good, clean with only a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is very good, still clean and shiny with only light shelf wear. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 288 pages including bibliography.
