This is a near fine (almost like new) hardcover with dust jacket. 2004 Oxford University Press. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. NOTE: previous owners name neatly written in small print first blank page top corner. Rest of inside pages are crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. The orange hardcover boards under jacket are very good with light shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is very good, still clean and shiny with only light shelf wear.
