This is Duns Scotus Philosophical Writings. It has been edited and translated by Allan Wolter who includes a Preface. Duns Scotus or Duns the Scot, was a Scottish Catholic priest and Franciscan friar. He was also a university professor, philosopher and theologian. He was considered among the most important philosopher-theologians in Western Christendom along with Thomas Aqinas, Bonaventure, and William of Ockham, making up the last part of the medieval period. Duns Scotus also had considerable influence on both Catholic and secular thought. Contents include; Concerning Metaphysics, Man's Natural Knowledge of God, The Existence of God, The Unicity of God, Concerning Human Knowledge, and Spirituality and Immortality of the Human Soul. Notes are included.
