This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket in protective clear archival sleeve. 1995 Smithmark Publishing. This copy is very good and clean inside and out. NOTE: previous owners name label place inside front cover under dust jacket flap, see photo. The rest of inside pages are actually still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Green hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is very good as housed inside clear archival sleeve.
