This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 2004 Random House Publishing. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. NOTE: previous owners name which was written inside front cover under jacket flap has been marked out, see photo. Rest of inside pages are still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Brown hardcover boards under jacket are almost like new with barely a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is very good, also with only a hint of shelf wear. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 508 pages including index.
