This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1992 Harper Collins Publishing. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. The inside pages are crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Grey hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with barely a hint of shelf wear and feature black cloth quarter trim. The accompanying dust jacket is still clean and shiny with only a hint of shelf wear. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 457 pages. Illustrated maps front and back endpapers.
