This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1997 Simon & Schuster Publishing. This copy is very good inside and out. The inside pages are still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Blue hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only very light shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is very good and still mostly shiny, clean, with only light shelf wear. NOTE: this copy does have a remainder mark (publishers overstock) bottom outer page edges but does not carry over to inside. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 432 pages including index.
