This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1985 McGraw Hill Publishing. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. The inside pages are still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Ivory hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear and feature maroon cloth quarter trim. The accompanying dust jacket is clean and still shiny with only very light shelf wear. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 1089 pages. Illustrated maps front and back endpapers.
