This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1980 McGraw Hill Publishing. This copy is very good inside and out. The inside pages are still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Ivory hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear and feature maroon cloth quarter trim and illustrated seal front. The accompanying dust jacket is very good and clean BUT does have a tear to back top right edge.
Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 870 pages including index. Illustrated maps front and back endpapers.
