This is a very good hardcover, NO dust jacket, jacket missing. 2001 Mises Institute. This copy is very good inside. The inside pages are still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Ivory color hardcover boards are very good BUT there is smudges to hardcover boards but they are still very good and solid. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 791 pages including index.
