This is a very good small hardcover. 1968 Oxford University Press London. This copy is actually still crisp and clean inside and out. The inside pages are still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Navy blue hardcover boards are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear. Small hardcover, 18mo book size or 4" x 6" with 318 pages including index.
An Autobiography by Anthony Trollope was first published posthumously in 2 volumes in 1883. This text is from the The World's Classics which first appeared in 1923. This present edition follows the full text prepared by Frederick Page from the author's manuscript in the British Museum and was first published in 1950.
This is a reflective memoir recalling the author's early childhood years, influences, hardships, and his literary motivation.
