The binding is tight and straight. Black hardcover boards under jacket are also near fine with barely a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is clean and shiny with only very light shelf wear. Imperial octavo book size or 9" x 11" with 204 pages including index.

There are maps to get location, and large format drawings depict what you can expect to see. The second edition is revised taking the tables of data to the year 2006.
