This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1981 Farrar Straus Giroux Publishing. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. The inside pages are still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Green cloth hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is clean and still shiny but does have very light shelf wear, very small tears top front of jacket. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 610 pages.
