This is a near fine (almost like new) hardcover with dust jacket. INSCRIBED BY AUTHOR ON TITLE PAGE. 2005 University of Akron Press. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. The inside pages are crisp and clean. Author inscribed on title page; "For Cherie & Steve With Best Wishes Chip Bok 2-3-06" along with a cartoon figure drawn by author. (see photo). The binding is tight and straight. Red hardcover boards under jacket are also near fine with barely a hint of shelf wear and feature silver lettering front cover. The accompanying dust jacket is clean and shinty with only a hint of shelf wear. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 291 pages.
