This is a very good hardcover, NO dust jacket, jacket missing. 1999 St Martins Press. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. The inside pages are crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Green hardcover boards are also very good with barely a hint of shelf wear. NOTE: previous owners last name neatly written inside front cover and back cover, see photo. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 530 pages including index.
