This is a very good hardcover, no dust jacket, jacket missing. 1973 National Geographic Society. This copy is very good inside and out. NOTE: previous owners name neatly written in script inside front cover top right corner. The rest of the inside pages are actually still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Green hardcover boards feature gold illustration front and are also very good with only light shelf wear. Super octavo boo size or 7" x 11" with 199 pages including index. Illustrated endpapers front and back.
