This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket an opened music CD. First American Edition 1996 Crown Publishing. NOTE: the accompanying music CD has been opened and we cannot guarantee quality. It is still in the original sleeve attached back of book. This hardcover is very good inside and out. The inside pages are still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Blue hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear and feature tan quarter trim and gold lettering along spine. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 266 pages.
