This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 2002 Headline Books Publishing. This copy is very good inside and out. The inside pages are very good and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Blue hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is very god with only light shelf wear. Octavo book size or 6" x 9" with 339 pages including index. Illustrated maps front and back endpapers.
