This is a near fine (almost like new) hardcover with dust jacket. 2003 Knopf Publishing. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. The pages are crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Blue hardcover boards under jacket are also near fine with only a hint of shelf wear and feature black quarter trim with silver lettering along spine. The accompanying dust jacket is near fine with light shelf wear to corners/edges. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 387 pages.
