This is a near fine (almost like new) hardcover with dust jacket. 2001 Free Press Books. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. The inside pages are crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Blue hardcover boards under jacket are also near fine with navy quarter trim and gold lettering along spine. The accompanying dust jacket is clean and shiny with only a hint of shelf wear. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 426 pages including index and several photo spreads.
