This is a near fine (almost like new) hardcover with dust jacket. 2004 Penguin Press. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. The pages are crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Black hardcover boards under jacket are also near fine with barely a hint of shelf wear and feature gold lettering along spine. The accompanying dust jacket is clean and shiny with only very light shelf wear corners/edges. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 818 pages including index.
