This is a near fine (almost like new) hardcover with dust jacket. Reprint from the original 1958 edition, 1990's Random House. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. The inside pages are crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Red hardcover boards under jacket are also near fine with only a hint of shelf wear and feature gold lettering along spine. The accompanying dust jacket is very good with only very light shelf wear. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 261 pages including index. Illustrated maps front and back endpapers.
