This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1996 State Street Press. This copy is still crisp and clone inside. The pages are crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Green hardcover boards under jacket are very good with light shelf wear, but overall very good and clean. The accompanying dust jacket is very good with only light shelf wear and also clean. Crown octavo book size or 5" x 8" with 539 pages.
