This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1989 Simon & Schuster Publishing. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. The pages are still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Blue hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear and feature black quarter trim with silver lettering along spine. NOTE: there is a faded remainder mark (publishers overstock) along bottom page edges, does not carry over to inside pages. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 647 pages including index. Illustrated maps front and back endpapers.
