This is a near fine (almost like new) hardcover with dust jacket. 2001 Knopf Publishing. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. The pages are crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Maroon hardcover boards under jacket are also near fine and feature tan quarter trim. The accompanying dust jacket is very good with only very light shelf wear. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 288 pages including index.
