This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1993 Harper Collins Publishing. This copy is very clean inside and out. The inside pages are clean and very good. The binding is tight and straight. Blue hardcover boards under jacket are very good and feature navy blue quarter trim and gold lettering along spine. The accompanying dust jacket is very good, still clean and shiny with only very light shelf wear corners/edges. Medium octave book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 650 pages including index. Illustrated maps front and back endpapers.
