This is a near fine (almost like new) hardcover with half dust jacket as issued. 1997 Bulfinch Press Little Brown Publishing. This copy is still crisp and clean inside. The pages are crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Pink hardcover boards are also near fine with only a hint of shelf wear that includes minor "bump" top corners and very slight wearing to bottom edge/corners. The accompanying bright yellow half dust jacket is very good with light shelf wear. Imperial octavo book size or 8" x 11" NOTE; SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
In 1959, a relatively unknown Andy Warhol and his interior decorator friend Suzie Frankfurt wrote and illustrated a cookbook. Warhol drew the pictures and Frankfurt wrote the "recipes". The book was a sort of satire on French cookbooks and haute cuisine. Only 34 were printed and most given away to friends. 19 illustrations accompany the recipes that include; Baked Hawaii, Seared Roebuck, Omelet Greta Garba and more. This collectible is a facsimile edition of the original, now quite rare.
