This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. Book Club Edition circa 1970's DoubleDay Publishing. This copy is still very good inside and out. The pages are very good with only a hint of light natural tanning from age and are very clean. The binding is tight and straight. Red hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is good, showing some shelf wear corners/edges including a small tear front bottom left corner. Black and white photo of author on back of jacket. Crown octavo book size or 5.5" x 8.5" with 632 pages.
Armageddon A Novel of Berlin by Leon Uris is the story of the origin of the cold-war in postwar Germany. It is the historical fiction novel of how a thin line of American and British soldiers on the European continent held back a mighty Red tide.
