This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1993 Souvenir Press. This copy is still crisp and clean inside. The pages are crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Black hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is still clean and shiny with only light shelf wear. Medium octavo book size or 7" x 9.5" with 238 pages including credits.
