This is a near fine (almost like new) hardcover pop-up book for children. 1979 Dutton Publishing. This copy is still remarkably crisp and clean inside and out. The inside pages and pop-ups are intact and bright and colorful. The binding is tight and straight. Illustrated hardcover boards front and back are also crisp and clean, bright and shiny with only a hint of shelf wear. Larger size, imperial octavo book size or 8" x 11.5".
Jan Bienkowski's Haunted House is a delightful pop-up Childrens book. An octopus in the sink, something in the stove, and a gorilla in the living room??? Sure to please readers of all ages. The pop-ups and pulls tags (all in great shape) reveal surprises everywhere.
