This is a very good hardcover. 1991 Thoemmes Publishing. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. The inside pages are actually still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight with fine sewn binding for durability. Black hardcover boards are also very good with gold lettering along spine, no fading, and only a hint of shelf wear. Octavo book size or 6" x 9" with 212 pages including appendix.
