This is a near fine (almost like new) hardcover with dust jacket. 2005 Bloomberg Press. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. The pages are crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Ivory color hardcover boards under jacket feature blue quarter trim w gold title lettering along spine and are also near fine with only a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is still clean and shiny with only very light shelf wear. Medium octavo book size or 8" x 9" with 118 pages.
