This is a very good paperback. 1982 University of Illinois Press. This copy is still very clean inside and out. The inside pages are still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight, NO creasing along spine. The cover is very good with only a hint of shelf wear. Standard trade paperback size or 6" x 9" with 364 pages including index.
