This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. First American Edition 1998 Norton Publishing. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. NOTE: there is dust spotting along outer top page edges but does not carry over to inside. The pages are actually still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Black hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is clean and shiny with only light shelf wear. Standard medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 817 pages including index.
