This is a very good hardcover, NO dust jacket, jacket missing. 1960 Third Printing Little Brown Publishing. This copy is very good inside and out. The pages are very clean. The binding is tight and straight. We noticed just a few pages that have an underlined sentence or small mark in the margins, but overall the pages appear mostly unmarked. Grey hardcover boards are very good with only light shelf wear. Gold lettering and design along spine is very good and only showing a hint of fading. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 770 pages including index.
The Complete Poems of Emily Dickinson, 1960 Tenth Printing Little Brown Publishing, has been edited by Thomas H. Johnson. It includes in Intro, Poems, Acknowledgments, Previous Collections, Subject Index, and Index of First Lines. All the favorites are included along with lesser known works. It is a complete volume.
