This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1998 University of North Carolina Press. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. NOTE: previous owners can be seen under inside of front dust jacket flap. No other markings etc seen. The pages are still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Black hardcover boards under jacket are very good with only a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is very good with only a hint of shelf wear corners/edges. Standard medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 655 pages including index.
