This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1996 Knopf Publishing. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. The pages are still crisp and clean w no markings seen. The binding is tight and straight. Blue hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only very light shelf wear.
