This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 2005 Viking Press. This copy is very good inside and out. NOTE: the accompanying dust jacket does have a tear front cover right edge which has been neatly taped to preserve. Otherwise, dust jacket very good with light shelf wear to back. ALSO, there is a standard remainder mark (publishers overstock) on bottom page edges, does not carry over to inside. The hardcover itself is very good inside and out. The pages are still crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. Black hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear. Standard medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 531 pages including index.
