This is a near fine (almost like new) set of 3 volume hardcover with original glassine dust jackets. 5th Printing 1979. Each of the three volumes is still crisp and clean inside and out. The pages are crisp and clean w no markings seen. The bindings are tight and straight. Green hardcover boards are also near fine with only a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying clear glassine jackets are very good. Large coffee table style books, quarto book size or 9.5" x 13".
This is Volume Three of The CIBA Collection of Medical Illustrations which contains 3 volumes surmising the digestive system. Part One, Volume One, is The Upper Digestive Tract. Part Two, Volume Two is The Lower Digestive Tract. Part Three, Volume Three is The Liver, Biliary Tract and Pancreas. Illustrator Frank H. Nutter.
