This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1985 Crown Publishing. PLEASE NOTE: this copy is very good inside and out but there is light natural tanning to pages from age. But the pages are very clean and still crisp w no markings seen. The binding is tight and straight. Maroon hardcover boards under jacket are very good with only a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is still clean and shiny with only very light shelf wear. Medium octavo book size of 6.5" x 9.5" with 634 pages. Complete and unabridged edition with illustrations.
This is three volumes in one; Anne of Green Gables, Anne of Avonlea, and Anne's House of Dreams. It contains an Intro by Ellen S. Shapiro and contains illustrations from the early 1900's. The period drawings evoke the the era in which Anne was created and were taken from books and magazines of the time.
